Applications Due December 2, 2005
(August 4, 2005, Indianapolis, Ind.) – Networks Financial Institute at Indiana State University announces that they are now accepting applications for the 2006 class of Networks Scholars. High school seniors interested in applying for a Networks Scholarship must complete and return their application to Networks Scholars Selection Committee by December 2, 2005. The scholarships are awarded to incoming freshman who declare a major or minor through Indiana State University’s College of Business and intend to pursue careers in the financial services industry.
Networks Scholars receive a four-year, $20,000 scholarship to support the cost of tuition and fees, a $3,000 professional development account, and a new, wireless laptop computer. Scholars also will participate in extensive professional development including coursework, access to at least one paid internship, an opportunity for an international experience, an Indiana State University faculty mentor during the freshman and sophomore years, and an executive mentor during the junior and senior years.
